1. Warranty Coverage
Anna 66 provides a 6-month warranty on all phone covers from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and wear and tear issues.
2. Warranty Includes
- Manufacturing defects (stitching, material quality issues)
- Material defects (color fading, material degradation)
- Wear and tear (normal usage-related issues)
- Zipper/closure defects (if applicable)
- Print/design defects
3. Warranty Claim Window
Warranty claims must be raised within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months, warranty coverage expires and we cannot accept warranty claims.
4. How to Claim Warranty
You can claim warranty in the following ways:
- From Your Account: Log in, go to "My Orders," select the order, and click "Raise Warranty Claim"

5. Warranty Claim Process
- Submit warranty claim with photos of the defect
- Our team will review and verify the claim
- If approved, we will arrange replacement or refund
- Free return shipping label will be provided
- Replacement will be shipped at no cost
6. Warranty Exclusions
The following are NOT covered under warranty:
- Physical damage from drops or impacts
- Damage from liquid exposure or water damage
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Normal wear and tear beyond 6 months
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, minor dents)
- Damage from unauthorized repairs
7. Warranty vs. Return
- Returns: For damaged products within 7 days of delivery
- Warranty: For manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase
8. Replacement or Refund
Upon approval of warranty claim, you can choose:
- Replacement: Free replacement with a new cover
- Refund: Full refund to your original payment method
